Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem — we can update or cancel your order any time before it leaves our warehouse. Simply WhatsApp or email us as soon as possible and we'll sort it out.
Once your order is shipped, we're unable to cancel it — but reach out anyway and we'll do our best to help.
Our Care Promise
Every piece that leaves our studio is checked carefully before packing. We take pride in our craft and want you to love what you receive.
If something does go wrong — damaged fabric, a defect in stitching, or an error on our part — we will always make it right.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
We're sorry if this happens — it's rare but we take it seriously.
Simply email us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of receiving your order at RushMeFashions@Gmail.com / Wapp 9673866540. Once we review and authorize, we'll offer you an exchange or store credit with no fuss.
Please do not courier anything back to us without hearing from our team first — we want to make sure your replacement is handled smoothly.
About Returns & Exchanges
We put genuine care into every product — detailed measurements, honest fabric descriptions, and our unique 2-inch margin system so fit is rarely a concern.
Because each piece is handcrafted and made in limited quantities, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or a defect in the piece. This applies to all our product categories.
We know this requires trust on your part — and we don't take that lightly.
What we do instead of returns:
— Our garment size chart is detailed and accurate. Please check it carefully before ordering.
— Every readymade garment has a built-in 2–3 inch margin — enough to adjust fit by up to one full size. This means sizing is rarely a problem once you know how to use it.
— Still unsure about sizing before you order? WhatsApp us at +91 96738 66540 (Monday to Saturday, 11am–7pm) — we'll help you pick the right size before you buy. We'd rather spend 5 minutes helping you choose correctly than have you unhappy after.
— If the piece genuinely isn't right for you on arrival, gifting it to someone who might love it is always a beautiful option 🙂
